Google Earth Buildings

The level of detail present in a 3D model can be customized to fit the needs of the client. It is often advantageous to make certain areas more detailed and leave other areas simple, in order to reduce overall cost while still showing the important parts of the model in clarity.

Topographic Hiking Maps
Hiking and cartography are two of my deepest passions. What better way to enjoy both than to make topographic hiking maps. I have worked with the Hoosier Hikers Council to create two fully-detailed maps of backpacking trails in Indiana. These maps included GPS reconnaissance data collection and QGIS design.
